Putting down few thoughts on my experience in attending an Award Function for best teachers organized and Hosted by Vetrivel Foundation, MD whatsapp Group Admin Mr.Muralidharan and Mr.Gowthamarajan of Tamil Virtual Academy. The awards are for the effective participation in reviewing Khan Academy Tamil Translation Videos. Teachers also participated in a State level software Training workshop on Mathematical Education on Feb 19, 2017 (Sunday) at AVS Engineering college, Salem, Tamil Nadu

It was a bright Sunday morning when we reached the college from chennai to Salem AVS Engineering College. We made necessary arrangements for the workshop programs, mounted the banners of Vetrivel Foundation and arranged the Shields and certificates for the awardees for a great startup. I was assisted by Mr.Gawtham of Tamil Virtual Academy and Mr.Muralidaran, Government School Teacher Villupuram who was the Admin of MD whatsapp group played a major role in organising the teachers.

The program started around 9.30 A.M. (IST). I was surprised to see that all the effective participants who took part in the Reviewing program were assembled there, on a Sunday morning. This shows their responsibility and attitude towards their work.

The Function started with the welcome address by Mrs.Chitra Kumaresan, Tamilnadu Textbook Corporation followed by a great speech by the Honourable Chief Guest Dr.Venkatachary Ranganathan ADPC, Salem.
